What To Order

The dim sum menu is vast with options ranging from light and steamed to deep fried. If dumplings aren’t your thing, the are several traditional dishes to dive into. We recommend snagging an order of the translucent-skinned Crystal Black Truffle Dumplings or the Crispy Lobster Spring Roll.

Experience the allure of the French tropical island of Martinique at Brasserie Palmier. Stop in for a classic brasserie bite or to explore their incredibly impressive seafood menu. With an oyster bar, smart cocktails, lush greenery, and beautiful outdoor seating, it’s a fantastic spot for a vacation lunch or a late night sip.

What To Order

Order a glass of champagne and sample top shelf oysters like La Ronce, from famous oyster farmer David Hervé, cultivated in Marennes Oléron. If oysters aren’t your thing, try the Grilled Octopus with smoked potato espuma and rosemary or the Aubergine Steak with pistachio, rocket, pomegranate, and pickle. The menu also includes plenty of French brasserie classics.

Riva Del Fiume Ristorante

Enjoy scenic river views from one of four of this Italian restaurants spacious terraces. The dining room gives off timeless Lake Como vibes and shines with bright natural light. Enjoy a cocktail or two and spend some time watching Executive Chef Andrea Accordi and his team craft seasonal modern Italian dishes in the show kitchen.

What To Order

Open from breakfast to well past dinner, the menu offers a wide range of delectable dishes. Start your day with the Eggs All’Amatriciana with guanciale, tomato, and pecorino and wrap it up with the Caramelle, slow-cooked hen ravioli with robiola cheese, and cacciatora sauce. The menu also features a large array of exclusive hams, salamis, and cheeses.

Cafe Madeleine

For guests who are eager to be out and about, Cafe Madeleine offers ever-rotating fresh artisanal treats (think croissants, pastries, and bread) and robust, aromatic coffee. If you’re not a guest, it’s not a problem. The spot operates as a charming stop available to anyone in the neighborhood.

BKK Social Club

Bespoke cocktails, craft spirits, and small bites along with upbeat music. The atmosphere in the BKK Social Club is casual, stylish, and echos the legendary glamour of Buenos Aires.

What to Order

Start with the bar’s signature drink, the Evita, which has pineapple rum, Campari, Aperol, bay leaf, and cinnamon syrup. And follow it up with the honey-miso glazed Iberico Pork Pluma Asado and the Truffle Fries with aioli and French herbs.

Lobby Lounge

Settle into the Lobby Lounge with your laptop or a good book and indulge in a cocktail, light snack, or one of their creative Thai dishes. An elaborate (and surprisingly reasonably priced) afternoon tea is served each day at 2pm.

What to Order

Go all out with the Afternoon Tea which features savory delicacies like a Whisky Foie Gras Torchon and Lemon Cheesecake with Lobster. An array of sweets includes Gianduja with Hazelnut Praline, and a Pistachio Dacquoise.

Poolside Dining

Relish a light lunch or a quick bite any time of the day from the comfort of an outdoor chaise lounge set along the hotel’s fantastic infinity pools with a view of the Chao Phraya river. Open to hotel guests.

What to Order

Indulge poolside with a refreshing Lobster Wrap filled with cucumber and mango or Moo Kurobuta Yang Jim Jaew — grilled Kurobuta pork with a spicy Thai Chili sauce. Stay cool with a Frozen Bellini or a Sparkling Pina Colada.
